Hello, My Lovely Bookworms!

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and is now hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words.

It consists of answering these three questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

My audiobook is Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie. I am using it for a Beat the Backlist prompt! Its been fine but I am not super intrigued lol. I’ve been having a rough month when it comes to books.

I’m also reading Last Sunrise in Eterna by Amparo Ortiz (arc) and The Winter Garden by Alexandra Bell. They are both pretty intriguing, so I am curious to see where they go.

  • The Radium Girls by Kate Moore (🎧) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • Museum of Thieves by Lian Tanner (🎧) ⭐⭐

Not sure what my next audiobook will be.

My other reads will either be Chaos & Flame by Tessa Gratton and Justina Ireland (arc) or The Comeback by Lily Chu (arc).

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT READ? ARE YOU LOVING IT? HAVE YOU READ OR WANT TO READ ANY THAT I HAVE LISTED? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS!

  1. Truth time: the reason I haven’t picked up any AC books yet is cos I’m worried they’ll bore me 🫣 Haha, I hope that the story picked up or that you found some enjoyment in it by the end though. I’ve got Ortiz’s book coming up on my TBR as well so I’ll be curious to see if you enjoyed it! Also, that Lily Chu book looks so good—I always love her covers. Happy reading, Joanna!

    1. LOL! Honestly, AC’s book was just alright. It was a 3 star but I don’t think I will ever pick up another.
