September 2020 Wrap-up

Hello Lovely Readers!

Here we are again, another month gone.

This month was still a decent month even if I felt like I slacked.

I have been playing more videogames and dealing with health things. It’s just been bleh. I did discover the game Among Us and I am addicted! Haha.

This month I managed to read 16 books and 3 mangas and listened to 4 books.

23 books in total!

My favorite book of the month was Amelia Unabridged by Amy Schumacher! It was just a good emotional journey and I loved every second of it.

My least favorite was When Life Gives You Lemons Instead Of Lattes by Rayna York. It just was filled with not so great things…

  1. 23 books, looks like you had a great reading month.

The Witcher series, I am still not sure it is working for me either. I started with the short stories and read the first of the full length novels, but I am not sure. I think I will try the second book, but if it isn’t better by then, I am not sure I will continue (I always have a hard time stopping a series).

  2. Looks like you had quite a good reading month!
I have an ARC of the Quantum mechanics of the almost kiss, so sad to hear you gave it 1 star 😦

  3. Oof, that Lemons and Lattes book sounds bad (just went on GR to read your review) 😂 What a bummer because the blurb sounded cute! Also sad to see some of the books you DNF’d as high prios on my TBR 😅 But it looks like you had a great month of reading overall with lots of 4-5 star reads! I’d never heard of Amelia Unabridged but will keep an eye out for it! Hope October is a great reading month for you!

    1. Haha, Lemons and Lattess is just so so bad!

I wouldn’t take my DNFs too seriously. I know that sometimes what doesn’t work for me, works for others and vice versa! I’ve seen good reviews for all of them. 🙂

Amelia Unabridged is so amazing! Ugh, I loved it!
