Five Star Read

House of Salt and Sorrows

This literally has been my obsession since reading an arc of it from NetGalley. It is an amazing YA Fantasy/Retelling and seriously, you should read it when it comes out! I will definitely be doing a reread. Buddy read anyone?

Always Going to Recommend

Caraval

Since this is strictly fantasy I will remain from saying The Illuminae Files 😉 so instead I will say the Caraval series! I love Jacks and honestly the books only get better. If you haven’t picked it up yet then definitely get on it! Luckily the series has just finished so you don’t have to wait for that.

Own it but Haven’t Read It

Falling Kingdom

I bought this last year when I got back into reading. Unfortunately, it is still sitting on my shelf unread…oops.

Would Read Again

A Court of Thorns and Roses

Honestly, I wouldn’t even read the rest of the series again. I am a fan of Tamlin and will always and forever be. Can’t change my mind. He is just misunderstood!

In Another World

Bloodleaf

Such a fantastic release from this year and everyone should read it before the sequel comes out next March!

Back on Earth

Grim Lovelies

This one really surprised me with how much I enjoyed it. I am looking forward to the sequel which is coming out very soon!

  1. Thanks for tagging me, Joanna! I love your answers 😍I still need to read most of these but I’m so keen for House of Salt and Sorrows (I’ve probs told you this a million times now LOL) but I’m also really curious about Bloodleaf! Surprised it’s not as hyped as many other books?

    1. Haha, but the hype is so real for House of Salt and Sorrows! I can’t wait to see what you think of it. Hopefully you end up liking it or I will feel bad for hyping it up. I don’t know why Bloodleaf is still so underrated. I absolutely loved the world and just want the second book now!

      1. I’m really hoping that predictions are right for the August Owlcrate book, otherwise I’m just going to have to get this in ebook format. I think I might do that anyway LOL I’m so impatient for it now!

I’ll be sure to check out Bloodleaf too because it does sound really interesting 🙂
